The newest division of the Group, Trafalgar Developments specialise in small to medium size business units and are currently preparing a business model to develop a 21 acre site in Vonore, Tn, on the shores of the Little Tennessee River in the TVA Niles Ferry Business Park.

The initial development model comprises a mix of warehouse and business units from 2,000 – 20,000 sq ft.
